My current T U R N A R O U N D is 9-10 weeks to complete the watercolor painting


O P T I O N S

HOUSE ONLY: No background, no sky, only the house/building with surrounding white space. This is a good option when the house has the front clear and is not interrupted with big trees in front.

FULL PAINTING: With Background and Foreground. This is a full painting of the whole scene.

M A T T E D O P T I O N S

The house portrait is mounted to a white double mat with a backing board.
These are the frame size references:

5x7 with mat will fit an 8x10 frame
8x10 with mat will fit an 11x14 frame
11x14 with mat fin an 16x20 frame

I do not offer mats for 6x8 and 16x20 at this moment but I can offer you frames for these sizes, write me to get a quote.

P E O P L E A N D P E T S

I can add PEOPLE and PETS into your painting and it has an additional cost so contact me before purchase.

I offer five different sizes and those options are in the "SIZE" menu on this page with all the prices.


F R A M E D O P T I O N

Do you want it framed? I offer a walnut wood frame to your house portrait. It is handcrafted and beautifully made. This service is upon your request, write me for a quote!


P R O C E S S

At the time to purchase select the size and option to check out and then send me a message on Etsy with the photo of the house.
I need a photo from the angle that you prefer for the portrait and more pictures to see details if is needed. I can paint a family name or address with no cost if you desire.
As you see in the examples my work is very detailed, so please, try to send me photos in a good quality. If you are not sure about that, please message me before your purchase and I will be happy to talk with you.

S H I P P I N G & I N S U R A N C E

The shipping cost for USPS PRIORITY MAIL is included (it takes 1-4 days to arrive) and I pay insurance to protect your painting. There is not problem if you want EXPRESS PRIORITY MAIL but you should cover that cost!
You will receive your painting carefully packaged and with a nice packaging!


O T H E R S E R V I C E S

I can digitalize your painting in JPG or PNG with my scanner for other purposes or create art prints and cards from your house portrait. Write me for a quote and feel free to contact me with any questions.
