Orders
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most ready-stock items are packed and dispatched within 2–5 working days. Once dispatched, Singapore courier delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.
International delivery timelines vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and the shipping method used.
Do you offer urgent delivery?
For urgent orders, please contact me before placing your order. I’ll let you know if the timeline is possible based on stock availability, packing time, and courier arrangements.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact me as soon as possible. If your order has not been packed or dispatched, I’ll do my best to assist.
Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or customised, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to selected countries. and charged using flat-rate shipping, based on the size and type of items in your order:
Small items
For items such as greeting cards, mini prints, tea towels, ornaments, keycharms, and other smaller products.
Large or fragile items
For items such as art prints, framed prints, coasters, ceramic items, salt & pepper shakers, larger gift sets, or bulkier orders.
The applicable shipping rate will be shown at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.
Customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges may apply for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or unwanted gifts.
Please check product details, dimensions, colours, and delivery information carefully before placing your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your parcel with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
I’ll review the issue and advise on the next steps.
Are custom orders or commissions refundable?
Custom orders, commissioned artworks, personalised items, and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once confirmed.
For commissioned artworks, the deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
Products
Are your prints framed?
Most art prints are sold unframed, unless stated otherwise in the product listing.
Please check the individual product description before purchasing.
Are the colours exactly the same as shown online?
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. I do my best to photograph and present each product as accurately as possible.
Are your products made in Singapore?
The artworks and designs are created by me in Singapore. Some products may be produced locally or overseas, depending on the product type, material, and production requirements.
Are your items suitable as gifts?
Yes. Many Ying in Art products are designed as thoughtful Singapore gifts, keepsakes, and souvenirs. If you are buying a gift and need help choosing, you can contact me before placing your order.
Where are you stocked?
Where can I find Ying in Art products in person?
Selected Ying in Art products are available at partner retailers in Singapore.
Stock availability varies by store, season, and product type, so not every design or product may be available at every location. For the widest selection, please shop directly through the Ying in Art website.

Do your stockists carry the same products as your website?
Not always. Some stockists carry a curated selection, while the website usually has the widest range of available products.
Online exclusives may only be available directly through the Ying in Art website.
Can I reserve an item at a stockist?
Please contact the stockist directly if you would like to check availability or reserve an item in-store.
For specific designs, limited editions, or urgent gifts, I recommend ordering directly from the website where possible.
Commissions & Custom Orders
Do you accept custom commissions?
Yes, I accept selected commission projects depending on my schedule and the nature of the request.

How long does a commissioned artwork take?
Timelines vary depending on the size, complexity, and my current schedule. As a general guide, commissioned artworks usually require a few weeks.
For urgent commissions, please enquire first before confirming.
Can I use a commissioned artwork for merchandise, prints, or corporate gifts?
Usage rights depend on the project scope. If you intend to reproduce the artwork for merchandise, gifts, marketing, or commercial use, please mention this during your enquiry so licensing can be discussed.
Corporate & Bulk Orders
Do you accept corporate gift orders?
Yes, selected Ying in Art products are available for corporate gifting, event gifts, delegation gifts, and bulk orders.
Please contact me with your required quantity, timeline, delivery requirements, and product interests.
Can you customise products for corporate orders?
Customisation may be possible depending on the product, quantity, and timeline. Please enquire early so I can advise on options.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, selected products are available for wholesale to suitable retail partners.
