Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated.
For made-to-order items, framed artworks, commissions or seasonal launches, processing times may vary. Any longer timelines will be stated on the product page or communicated after purchase.
Singapore Shipping
Local orders are delivered by courier.
International Shipping
International shipping is available for selected items.
Art prints and larger parcels are usually shipped by courier. Smaller lightweight items may be shipped by tracked mail where available. (If you'd like to opt for registered mail, do get in touch)
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
Singapore: 2–5 working days after dispatch
International: 7–21 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays or customs delays.
Packaging
All orders are packed carefully to protect the artwork or product during transit.
Art prints are packed with backing or protective packaging. Fragile items are wrapped securely before shipping.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timing is managed by the courier or postal provider.
If your parcel appears delayed, please contact us and we will help check the tracking status where possible.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged item
- photos of the packaging
We will assess the issue and advise on the next steps.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Ying in Art is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
