All orders are packed with care from my studio in Singapore. As many Ying in Art products are art-based, giftable, or fragile items, I take care to pack each order properly before dispatch.

Singapore Delivery

All Singapore orders are delivered by local courier.

Courier delivery is used for all items so your order can be tracked and handled more reliably.

Processing Time

Most ready-stock items are packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

During festive seasons, launches, pop-ups, or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. For pre-orders, commissions, custom orders, or made-to-order items, the timeline will be stated separately.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, Singapore courier delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.

International delivery timelines vary depending on the destination, shipping method, parcel size and customs clearance.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, courier delays, customs checks, or unforeseen disruptions.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries.

International orders are charged using flat-rate shipping, based on the size and type of items in your order:

Customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges may apply for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your parcel with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

For lost parcels, I will help check the delivery status with the courier where possible. Ying in Art is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, customs delays, or courier disruptions, but I will do my best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before checking out.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Urgent Orders

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order.

Urgent delivery may be possible within Singapore, depending on stock availability, packing time and courier arrangements.

Corporate & Bulk Orders

For corporate gifts, bulk orders, event orders, or deliveries to multiple addresses, please contact me before placing your order.

Larger orders may require additional packing time and separate delivery arrangements.
